Our Mission

KingUnboxed as the name proposes was born in 2016 out of the desire to match the sneaker lover with the new trends in the market. Understanding that every pair of sneakers / trainers has a history, at the core of our vision it to make sure we bring you the fashion you desire while it is still hot.

Based in the United Kingdom our market place is dedicated to keep you up-to-date with all the movements in the world of trainers sharing with you the excitement that comes with unboxing every new pair. The company is comprised of a unique crop of individuals with a common passion. We believe owning a new pair of trainers / sneakers is just as important as being the first to unbox them hence why our shipping team is dedicated to ensuring that your orders get to your door steps on time.

 

We aim to offer our customers a variety of the latest. With a number of years in the industry we know exactly how to bring you the ‘best of both worlds’ bringing you premium quality and yet being budget friendly. We offer all of this while providing excellent customer service and friendly support.

At kingUnboxed We do not go with the flow we aim to be the flow by staying ahead in the market, subscribing to our mailing list therefore will give you the added advantage to be informed on release dates and the opportunity to pre-order. Returns And Refunds

  1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 10 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) at number 4.

If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

  1. FAULTY GOODS

Please return your item(s) to us within 10 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by getting in touch with our Customer Care Hub and a member of our team will look into it.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

  1. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM & HOW MUCH IT COST

How do I return?

You’ve got 10 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Use the ‘Returns Address” written in Italics at the bottom of your delivery note. In the event where the returns address is not present on your delivery note please email our returns team on info@kingunboxed.com and team member will help you through the process.

Please note that all returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Select your carrier. Please note that some carriers require that you to print a label

Once you have processed your return you’re ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!

    • Returns are FREE for items where customers paid shipping of £3 or more

Take your parcel to any Post Office or other related  courier service

Keep an eye on your return tracking. You’ll get an email once we get it back but if you’ve not heard anything in 10 days, give us a shout and we’ll have a look for you.

  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 10 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order by PayPal, this will be credited back to your PayPal account alongside the shipping cost for items where the customers paid shipping of £3 or more .

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

  1. CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps on the ‘How do I return?’ section and reorder for a replacement.
